How To Remove the AV 360 Virus

By

The AV 360 Virus

From what I have read about it, the AV 360 Virus is a just a bitch to remove. The virus gets you two-fold. First it is advertised as an antivirus program. People put in their credit card and buy the program online, only to be rewarded with a virus that does some serious damage.

It shuts down other anti-virus programs, and blocks you from visiting their websites to find solutions. Icons change, and you will receive fake notifications about your computer as well as an abundance of pop-ups.

If you are not a professional, experts recommend using an automatic spyware remover, such as Spybot Search & Destroy or Spyware Doctor. If you feel comfortable finding your way through a computer, you can try removing the AV 360 Virus manually.

  1. Simply do a search for these files on your computer. Copy and paste each item into the search field, and when it appears, hit the delete button on your keyboard.
  2. Be sure not to miss any!

Like I said, this is not from experience but from research only. I apologize in advance if this does not work. As far as I can tell, this is what needs to be done. Before messing with a manual removal, I highly recommend trying to use one of the programs I have listed above.

Good luck, and next time, be careful what you are doing on the Internet!
